New - Strength & Conditioning Session
From next Monday, 16th January, there will be a weekly Strength and Conditioning session at Etwall Leisure Centre, in the Studio.
The session will be from 9 - 10pm and will be run by Clive Holland.
The sessions will concentrate on core and triathlon specific strength work. Each exercise will be 'body weight' only so no equipment will be required, other than the mat and Steps that at in the studio.
Each session will consist of a short warm-up followed by a series of exercises that will help to improve your strength, balance and flexibility.
All athletes will perform the exercises at the same time, as there are plenty of mats and step for the limit of 20 attendees.
